How tuition works
Our figures are on the enrollment page. Here is what sets tuition and what each part is for.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on the level, the length of the class and the number of classes a week. White and Yellow classes are 30 minutes, and the other four levels are 45 minutes. A session is 8 weeks, and our current figures are on the enrollment page, where we are glad to talk them through by phone.

Registration
A yearly registration covers your swimmer's file and the placement visit. It is due when you sign up for your first session, and it is once a year.

Holding a place
The first month of tuition holds a place in a class. If a class has a waitlist, places go out in the order families asked, and we call or text the same day one opens. If your swimmer moves up a cap color mid-session, the place moves with them.

Billing
Tuition is billed monthly, with autopay if you like. A month with five Mondays is billed the same as a month with four, and we send a note before each bill.

Help with tuition
Ask us whether lesson assistance is open this month. We handle each request privately, and you can ask at registration or by phone at any time.
Siblings
A second swimmer in the family is handled differently from the first. Ask us when you register and we will walk you through it.
Missed classes and make-ups
A missed class can be made up in another class of the same level within the session, space allowing. If the pool closes for weather or repairs, we make that class up too, and illness is handled the same way. Tell us as early as you can.

Uniforms, costumes and other costs
A cap in your swimmer's level color is the one extra most families buy, and goggles and a swim shirt are up to you. Ask at the front desk what we keep on hand and what you can bring from home.
